Stop to admire the giant tree ferns growing alongside picturesque streams in this regenerating rainforest. You’ll also get to visit a magnificently secluded West Coast beach where you can walk along the black sand and enjoy the bracing ocean breeze. Then after a picnic lunch you’ll venture into an area of old growth rainforest with mature 1000 year old Kauri trees.
