Known worldwide for its rocky landscape, the mountain of Montserrat was declared a National Park in 1987 to protect its cultural and natural heritage. Visit this wood carving, kept today in the monastery church. The figure is popularly known as La Moreneta due to a reaction of the varnish over time, which has darkened it.
