Love to Travel is just over 8 years old . Owned and run by Joanne Dooey who has over 30 years in the Travel Industry. Joanne worked for over 20 years for Multiples looking after the shops in Scotland and Cumbria for Going Places, Thomas Cook and The Co-operative travel before taking the plunge and going out on her own . Love to Travel is part of The Advantage Travel Partnership the largest Travel Consortia in the UK, Joanne sits on the board of directors as a Non Executive Director for Advantage and is the immediate Past President of the SPAA the oldest travel organisation worldwide .

Starting her own business let her pull all her skills in the industry, relationships she has made over the years with operators and airlines to the forefront to make sure LTT has the best deals available for her customers .

The 3 shops based in North Lanarkshire employ local people who all thrive to give the best service to there customers, having watched the multiples focus more on compliance than customer service towards the end of her career Joanne is adamant that service and great value is the key drivers in Love to Travel .
